3+1 apartments include a living room with an open or closed kitchen, three bedrooms and up to three bathrooms, one or two of which can be en-suite (in the bedroom). Some apartments may have outdoor spaces such as a veranda. All apartments have guaranteed parking. Apartments can be spread out on one floor or duplexes, and some of them can also be villas (with individual access). This typology is optimal for extended families, with one to four children, or even families living with grandparents. The spacious spaces allow for a gym, a children's playroom, an office and other recreational spaces inside the house.
